Poster artist Francis Sherwood is Arikara/Hidatsa/Navajo. He created this poster design for the AIPC to use for its Training Seminars for Federal employees. Francis is a traditional dancer and his artwork depicts Northern traditional values. He resides in Denver, Colorado, and is active in the Mile High Pow Wow Association and the local Indian community.
